The North City Police Department had been getting mountains of paperwork regarding a recent issue that had just arise. A group of his police task force, mainly his bad neighborhood high crimes area, had been causing more trouble than good when it came to arresting folks. Missing limbs, severe injuries, all of that came to light when one of the officers were spotted with a rare technology that none in the department had ever seen. The chief couldn't rest, not like this when complaint after complaint was happening everyday by the hour. He needed help but he didn't know who to trust in his department to find out what the hell was going on. He had to go to outside help and with the recent backing from the Red Ribbon Army and the government, he decided to go to a man that was currently creating androids to help further the city and the planet as a whole, Dr Yangcong. The chief looked at Dr Yangcong's phone number and decided to call him up.

"Hello?"

"Dr Yangcong, this is Police Chief of North City Jacob."

"Oh its an honor to be talking to the police chief of North City, how can I be of service to you?"

"I rather not say over the phone but, could you come down to the station and bring one of your androids with you."

"But of course chief, just give me an hour and I will be there."

After arriving to the station, Yangcong was brought to the Chief's office where he would be sitting in a chair while the chief closed the blinds from his officer window shut.

"I have disturbing news. The incident that had happened with Orange City and the crazy beams and explosions that had been happening. We have probably solved the reason why the saiyans were able to do such a thing. One of my officers today was brought in and arrested on the spot because of the weapon he had used."

"As much as I would like to agree with you chief, there is no way a pistol could have done that an-"

The chief was now standing over his desk and showing Yangcong the foreign ki blaster. Yangcong had examined it, not knowing what the hell this was...

"This? I have never seen this before."

"Its a very dangerous weapon and this weapon along with the others wasn't put in the evidence log. With the amount of body camera footage I had went through, there is probably around twenty or so weapons just like this in officer hands."

"So you are saying that there are corrupted officers on your payroll. Do you know how many?"

"About thirty of them. I can't bring all of them for questioning, considering what they have with them. That's why I asked you to bring in your androids so they could take care of the problem."

The investigation had started and lucky for Yangcong, he had his searcher bug androids roam around the city during the shift of these officers. Days would pass until they decided to strike and do something crazy. Five of them had severely injured several criminals with their weapons. Yangcong was quick to arrive and and looking at those same officers with a calm like demeanor.

"You guys had really decided to do a number on these criminals huh."

It was dark out and they saw the suit that the man was wearing, thinking that he was the leader of these criminals. The officers aimed their ki blasters at Yangcong and fired. Yangcong had stepped to the side to avoid the incoming two shots, While opening his right hand out and forming a ki barrier in front of him, stopping the remaining three from even coming close to him. Yangcong was quick to fire five ki blast straight at the officers, causing all five of them to drop the guns and flying straight to the ground being injured. Yangcong had properly detained them by handcuffing them and calling the Chief, who had arrived and arresting all of them. The location that Yangcong was given for the rest of the guys would be at an abandoned warehouse, where the off duty officers had collected so much profit from stealing from the criminals and not putting it in the evidence section for the police department.

Yangcong had arrived at the warehouse with four of his androids. There were 20 or so officers down there, all of them corrupt and each of them holding ki blasters instead of their traditional sidearm. Yangcong had jumped straight into the warehouse and standing on their pile of stolen goods. The leader of this officer crew was Lt Brass, the man responsible for allowing all those officers to avoid being detected for a long time because of his rank and status.

"You guys give officers a bad name. We already had the incident happened in Orange City where there were so many victims and yet here you guys are, just making the matter worst."

The Lt wouldn't hear it, whoever this man was clearly was sticking his nose in the wrong business.

"We will be able to handle the next incoming threat with these weapons. Those aliens scum won't be killing anyone in this city! We are prepared to defend what's ours!"

"How did you guys even obtain such items?"

"There was a crash site we had investigated and we found all these weapons just laying around there. So we decided to see what they were all about and we had discovered that these items did the same exact thing that those aliens did to us. I have loss some many guys from the other department, people who I had called friends. Died to those aliens but no more. We are ready to exterminate all of them!"

"I commend you for what you are trying to do, but what you have been doing is completely wrong. These weapons you have been using have caused more harm to this community than good. We shouldn't be having more individuals losing limbs and life at a high rate and these weapons clearly aren't made to be used against us but more stronger individuals. You should really rethink your plan and surrender. You all will be arrested and put in prison."

"You aren't even an officer. Who the heck are you?"

"Dr Yangcong."

"What? Yes that is where I know you from. You are that scientist from the Red Ribbon that's now working for the government. Listen buddy, you can just go back to making your little toys and leave the defending the planet and city with guys like us who are out there in the frontlines."

"I am no ordinary man. I was human once like you but now I have become an android. Do you really think you have a chance at beating me? even with your new foreign equipment you still won't be able to beat me."

About that time, his four androids had came from the shadows and started to knock out the officers one after another and now a big fight had emerged. The officers were shooting at the androids who had sustained more damage due to the weapons that the officers were using. Yangcong had rushed over to the Lt, disarming him in the process and knocking out the officers around him with a few ki blast in the process.

"You guys don't have to do this. You can just surrender peacefully and you won't get hurt."

They didn't want to hear it and Yangcong would have no choice but to end this quickly. Knocking them out and calling the chief soon after. The officers were all arrested and charged, with the weapons confiscated and Yangcong was back in the chief office.

"I would like to thank you for your help. As for the weapons, I will hand them over to you. You can probably find out how they were created and perhaps make more of them for us. As for what will happen to the officers, they will have their day in court."

"That's good."

"Have you ever thought about joining the police force, we could use someone with your skills?"

"I appreciate the offer but I have things to do. I already have a project that I am working on for the city. I am making an army of androids and I am already being funded by three individuals who will help me with that project. I have already made 20 androids and more are coming along the way. The first step in dealing with the trouble is to make sure we have the capabilities to protect ourselves. I already had the approval from the government along with the Red Ribbon, to search other planets for the materials needed to further expand and build onto the androids. We may not know much about these alien forces that came to attack us months ago, but we won't be sitting ducks any longer."

"Well thanks for your big help, I would also like to help fund the project as well."

"Your funding would be much appreciated but you should be using those funds for your own department. This world is already crazy as it is and we still don't know what is out there in the world just waiting to attack us."

The meeting was over and Yangcong had headed back to his laboratory which was at the headquarters of the Red Ribbon army, he was escorted by two androids and walking up to the receptionist who greeted him.

"Ah Dr Yangcong, while you were away you got a voice message."

"Ah alright I will check up on it."

He arrived at his office first to cool down and replenish his circuits with some premium oil from the cabinet drawer that had his stash in. He drank a few sips and looking over the voice message.

"Hey Yangcong, I just wanted to know how the funding was going. We can't wait to see it in two weeks."

Yangcong was stressed, even though he was an android he still felt stressed when it came to the ultimate job he had to do which was to protect the city and the entire planet from another attack. He sighed to himself briefly before someone had walked into his office. It was a cloaked individual wearing a fairly large size trench coat.

"Were you followed back here?"

Yangcong stared at the man and stood up to his feet.

"You know I am careful."

The man placing an envelop of undisclosed money on the desk.

"This was one of the robberies that we had stopped. The criminals didn't get away with it and I didn't log it in as evidence. As far as everyone is concerned, the money got lost during the crazy encounter."

"You bring me this news and I should be asking you if you were followed."

"Don't worry about it, all body camera footage was off during the seizure. We want the androids that you promised us Yangcong. We need more androids on the force to stop these criminals from getting even more crazier than they were before. With former officers like Lt Brass, we can't afford someone becoming crazy and ruining this city. That is why we agreed to work with you in order to put an end to the conflict of another alien invasion if it were to happen."

"You are going to have to give me another 3 weeks. I have another meeting I have to go to for the investors and they need to see that my army is still growing. As for how many androids I have for the task force, I have ten. They will be able to stop the crime if placed in the dangerous districts of the city so that you guys get a few calls in that area. If the criminals knew that androids are protecting those parts of the city, than we won't have that problem anymore.

"Alright, we will expect it in three weeks then. Good work, and that money I just gave you. Put it towards another two androids being built as well. It should cover with and added bonus just for you as well. Good work Yangcong, we will be watching your career going forward."

"Just make sure you don't have any criminals following me. With what I had just done, there will be a lot of eyes on me and I cannot afford any mistakes that may happen."

The officer nodded and left, with Yangcong heading to his laboratory to continue his research.
